We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing organization. The perfect candidate is experienced, passionate, and driven with the desire to produce results. In this position, you will be responsible for pursuing sales opportunities through new and traditional channels to turn leads and prospects into lifelong customers. Ultimately, you will be responsible for championing ABCoA’s mission to provide used car dealers and lenders full financial control of their livelihood.
Responsibilities:
- Develop growth strategies and plans to generate sales and increase client base.
- Research the latest trends in the industry and create new opportunities to increase sales.
- Research business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Create development plans and forecast sales targets and growth projections.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.
- Train Sales Executives to improve sales goals and meet expectations.
- Maintain current client relationship and identify areas for potential clients.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
- Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
Requirements:
- Outgoing, ability to interact with prospects, customers, and provide support for employees.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Working knowledge of Office 365 and Adobe Cloud applications.
- Knowledge of online marketing and graphic design skills, including SEO, blogging, and front-end UI/UX.
- Experience with accounting and management software, such as customer relationship management, dealership management, lender management, or loan servicing, with custom tools, integrations, and APIs.
- Display a high level of attention to detail and excellent decision-making skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar area.
- About five years of proven sales experience in business or a related area.
- Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
- Be proactive, organized and produce results in a fast-paced environment.
