Responsibilities
- Providing 1 on 1 direct patient care based off plan of care
- Following patient's plan of care and communicating necessary revisions to the Nursing Supervisor
- Processing orders and notifying patient’s physician of needs and changes in condition
- Completing certification/recertification orders and discharge summaries
- Observing confidentiality, safeguarding all patient related information based on HIPPA guidelines
- Reporting any patient incidents, variances, or complaints immediately to Clinical Manager/ Nursing Supervisor
- Maintaining professionalism, including clean appearance and arriving to work on time
- Demonstrating effective time management skills, sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision making
- Calmly responding to emergency situations
Qualifications
- CPR certification (In person class)
- Valid PPD
- Valid Georgia/ multi-state nursing license
