POSITION SUMMARY

The Advanced Crisis Solutions’ (ACS) Behavioral Case Manager (CM) partners with regional center consumers, residential providers, and families as they work towards improving consumer quality of life and behavioral stability. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

In general, the Behavioral Case Manager (CM) position is the glue that connects all of the client services together. They are responsible for ensuring the provider and client services do not break down as the CM has an in-depth understanding of the client, the provider, and the ACS resources available if quick emergency responses are needed. CM’s have a large role in summarizing client information, developing client and staff training documents, and facilitating staff training. They also take a lead role in increasing the client's access to preferred activities and reinforcement (outings, money, people, food, cigarettes, etc.) by navigating through all the road bumps that create barriers for the client to simply get access to what they want.

We provide company training once a month. Every other month we get together and do fun activities such as Bocce Ball, Axe throwing, River rafting, Hiking, and many more!
