About us
Advanced Data is a small tech business in Asheville, NC. We provide IT services to business in the WNC region. The candidate would be joining a team of about 40 members who love technology and the mountains.
We are looking for an accounting and HR representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, accounting, finances, and other HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the general ledger (Quickbooks)
- Process bi-monthyl payroll
- Member of the administrative team over finances
- Preparation of tax returns.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Provide advice on financial matters to management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle HR requests from teammates (insurance, retirement plan, etc)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
