Are you an experienced healthcare professional? Our 5-Star Dermatology Clinic in Katy, TX is looking a healthcare hospitality professional to join the team.

Candidates must have EXCELLENT customer service skills, a professional presentation, and a readiness to work for a busy clinic.

Candidates with a working knowledge of insurance or medical reception experience will be considered with priority.

Great customer service is a must! Medical experience is not required, but is a plus. We can teach you what we do.

This role :

Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors with the highest level of customer service.

Reply to patient questions (in person and other) promptly.

Accurately collects and verifies patient demographic and insurance information.

Accurately document all transactions and important information via Nextech.

Collect payment(s) appropriately and accurately.

Assist patients with registration.

Follow standard check-in and check-out policies.

Monitor wait time and communicate with patients as necessary.

Keep waiting room and the front desk neat and tidy.

Schedule appointments (follow-ups or other) according to practice guidelines.

Understand and follow all applicable rules and regulations. (Internal policies and procedures, HIPAA, PCI compliance, etc )

Maintain a working knowledge of available products and services provided by Advanced Dermatology.

Requirements :

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent education (examples include : GED, verification of home school equivalency, partial or full completion of post-secondary education, etc.)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

5 years of customer service or medical office experience required
