Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Supervisor to join our team. As a Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our crew members in various restoration projects. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in fire restoration, carpet cleaning, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and other related areas. If you have a passion for the restoration industry and enjoy leading a team to restore properties to their pre-loss condition, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of crew members in performing restoration tasks
- Provide guidance and instruction to crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient project completion
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and timelines
- Monitor inventory levels of equipment, tools, and supplies needed for restoration projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including time sheets and job reports
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the restoration industry, including fire restoration, carpet cleaning, water damage restoration, asbestos abatement, mold remediation, etc.
- Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in restoration work
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
