Referral Coordinator (MUST SPEAK SPANISH)
Must be proficient in English and Spanish
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate all patient referrals within the dental office
- Communicate with patients and providers to ensure timely and accurate referral processing
- Obtain necessary medical records and documentation for referrals
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits for referred patients
- Maintain detailed records of all referrals and their status
- Collaborate with insurance companies to obtain pre-authorizations for referrals
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing any questions or concerns related to their referrals
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical records
