Advanced Hardware Supply, Inc. is a leading wholesale distributor of functional hardware, decorative surfacing and industrial wood coatings serving cabinet, furniture and mill work companies in the mountain states region. We are looking for an experienced customer service agent who wants to be a long term integral member of our Boise team. We are a rapidly growing company with regular advancement opportunities.

The applicant will need to very detail oriented, reliable, and punctual. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to handling money, answering phones to help customers, answering technical product questions, entering orders into a database, pulling & shipping orders, making value added sales recommendations, as well as general house-keeping as needed. He or she should be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis. All applicants must be computer literate and proficient communicators.

Cabinetry, Warehousing, woodworking, painting, and customer service experience are all a plus but above all we are looking for bright motivated people with integrity that want to be a part of our growing team!

Pay is D.O.E., Health Benefits, paid vacation time and 401k program are available. Hours are M-F 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
