Household Manager/Personal Assistant

House manager / personal assistant and part time nanny to one happy one year old. Looking for a assistant that would like to become part of a family team and help manage busy lives. Assistant should value health , be active and be willing to assist with healthy meal prep. Assistant would first and foremost assist with 1 year old boy when he is not in school. Handling drop offs and pick up on occasion. Playing reading , going for walks are some of the activities a nanny can enjoy in this position. When the child is in school( most days) the job would shift. The assistant would then be responsible for handling the daily house management. House Manager will be responsible manage daily tasks around the home. These tasks would include things such as setting appointments for home repairs and maintenance, keeping an inventory of the house and restocking things as needed, organizing tasks, running errands, grocery shopping, watering plants, managing schedules, managing unpacking of amazon and handling returns. and other tasks as assigned. The ideal skill set needed for this position includes good communication, trustworthiness, self motivation, reliable, positive "I can" attitude. responsible, organized, have the ability to anticipate the family’s needs, proactive leadership capabilities, resourceful, flexible, using sound judgement at all times, can work without supervision and have high confidentiality standards and organizational skills. Applicants should have a neat and tidy appearance while representing clients in a multitude of settings and be confident in their ability to always look out for the best interest of the client. We travel for work and would love to have the assistant travel with us. Looking for a long term fit for this happy family!

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a House Manager or similar role
• Being a good communicator, understanding the client’s likes and dislike
• Being knowledgeable on a wide range of areas related to this role

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
