Position Overview
The Project Manager position provides services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) and will support the creation and publication of technical documentations and manuals. The Project Manager will support NETCOM in collection and interpretation of technical data or information and coordination of layouts for publication to Army Enterprise programs at various life cycle stages. This position is contingent upon successful contract award.
Responsibilities / Duties
- DoD and Army Cybersecurity Policy, including DoD Instruction 8500.01, Cybersecurity, Army Regulation (AR) 25-2 Information Assurance and AR 25-1 Army Information Technology.

- MS Project— User
- DoD and DA technical documentation development, parlance, and regulatory guidance.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, interpersonal relationship skills, demonstrate the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
- Participates in special projects as required
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years Project Management Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field
- DoD 8570.1-M Certification: IAM I
- ITIL Certification.
- Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- 8 – 10 years of experience in information technology field
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
- Current understanding of Army Enterprise LWN capabilities, tools, procedures, and operational constructs
- Experience in the development of enterprise NetOps capabilities functional requirements, doctrine, policies, processes, standards, and supporting documentation.
- Experience developing and updating instructions, specifications, and standards for the implementation, engineering, design, training, testing, and fielding of existing and future network capabilities and tools.
Physical Demands
- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
- Must have the ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds occasionally and walk short distances.
- Use repetitive motion.
- Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Ability to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing: viewing a computer monitor; extensive reading.
