What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Maintenance Technician position at Advanced Labelworx?
PRIMARY REQUIRED TASKS
1. Perform both unscheduled and preventative maintenance on all production equipment in accordance with the PM schedule.
2. Perform facilities maintenance and coordinate with vendors for major items (HVAC, Plumbing, etc.)
3. Keep maintenance records and advise management of repair and maintenance items of need.
4. Coordinate with Vendors and request quotes for repair and maintenance items and facilities and equipment maintenance contracts.
5. Must have experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment including, checking continuity of wiring (chasing wires), electric motor repair and replacement, adjusting and monitoring PLCs and experience working on equipment with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic connections.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Technical education in a mechanical or electrical field.
2. Previous experience maintaining and repairing similar equipment.
3. Must be able to perform well under deadline constraints and be on call to resolve issues, if needed, on nights and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
