Are you passionate about health? Looking for a dynamic, flexible position? Advanced Mobile Wellness is seeking an experienced and resourceful Patient Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day relations with our patients. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for collecting information on how to best serve patients, scheduling services, ensuring the service appointments are met by our providers and following up on quality of services. You will report directly to senior management and work closely with our service providers and patients. This is a primarily remote position.
To be successful in this role, you must have superb organizational and communication skills. Your work will be accurate and you must be upbeat, polite and professional.
Patient Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to patients through text, email, Wix, or telephonically.
- Schedule appointments between patients and service providers.
- Compile and maintain records on patient accounts.
- Screen feedback and requests form patients and liaise with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions.
- Escalate complaints to relevant departments.
- Build and maintain close relationships with patients and service providers.
Patient Coordinator Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Computer skills – must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Prior administrative or patient services experience strongly desired.
- A professional and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable and steady internet connection at all times.
Work hours are from 2pm-8pm on Thursdays and 8am-8pm Friday-Sunday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour
