Job Posting for Activities Coordinator at Advanced Outdoor Management
We are looking for a hard-working and driven individual who's interested in joining a team of passionate outdoor enthusiasts! As the Activities Coordinator you'll be expected to create, plans and lead outdoor activities and events at the resort. The Activities Coordinator performs a variety of tasks that require physical, interpersonal and customer service skills necessary for working with guests, managers and co-workers on the property. These tasks may include working with management on budget development, and promotion, creating event schedules, and keeping campers spirits bright and energized throughout the activities. Events can include land activities such as hiking, horseback riding, photography hikes, skiing, and snowshoeing; water activities like fly fishing, tubing, kayaking, and canoeing; and other events such as campfire and craft activities, and team-building and family oriented games. The ideal candidate would exhibit personal physical fitness, high energy, and dynamic creativity to make events exciting for guests of all ages.
