Advanced Powder Products, Inc. (APP) is hiring a Business Development Engineer to join our rapidly growing technology company. For over two decades, APP has been developing and manufacturing complex net-shape components using metal injection molding (MIM) and 3D metal printing technologies for the firearms, medical, industrial and defense industries. Our proprietary technologies, ProtoMIM® and PrintalloyÒ position APP as the first choice for some of the largest Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) in the country. Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all manufacturing operations and provide operators/technicians with direction and priority on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to complete production plan

• Troubleshoot process issues and repair equipment failures to minimize production downtime
• Work in conjunction with planner to allocate and schedule resources to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and throughput
• Ability to start up and shutdown entire physical plant
• Responsible for coaching, training, and disciplining employees
• Maintain safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing
• Experience with Injection molding, PLC programming, or CNC programming preferred
• Proven leadership ability
