Position Summary
The Opportunity Administrator will support the sales, estimating and project management teams for the Roofing and Solar Divisions. The ideal candidate has a high sense of urgency and is very customer service oriented.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare all hard and/or negotiated bids/proposals and prepares the package for both roofing and solar divisions and ensures a timely delivery
- Prepare and submit pre-qualifications, vendor applications and pre-requirements for bids other than GC required prequals
- Assist with setting up FRP’s into the CRM to track all bids
- Assist with incoming phone calls
- Order bid bonds when needed
- Maintain updated project reference lists for bids
- Respond to all emails and voicemails in a timely manner
- Send weekly reports – Client point (Thursdays) & Sales Meeting (Fridays)
- Assist when needed with RFP information and make sure information is accurate and detailed
- Review specifications in order to make sure you have all the information needed to prepare bids
- Assist in any other administrative duties
- Maintain/update client point when necessary with new or updated information
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Education
- High School Diploma required
- College Degree preferred
Experience
- 4-5 years of Administrative experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Construction knowledge required
- MS Office proficient
