Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for support for internal and external clients
  • Install, service, and maintain security cameras, access control and VMS systems
  • Install, service, and maintain networking equipment and other IT related hardware
  • Learn and get certified in industry related applications and systems
  • Troubleshoot IT related hardware and software for both internal and external clients
  • Learn new systems, software, and hardware, and be willing to complete any required training
  • Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Think analytically to resolve issues
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external clients
  • Maintain high quality standards in all aspects of work
  • Learn, understand, and apply rules, standards, and requirements to meet specifications
  • Ability to complete all documentation requirements in a timely manner
  • Respond to requests from supervisors and clients in a timely manner
  • Out of area travel may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,200.00 - $52,600.00 per year
