Purpose
As a Curtain Wall Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and executing curtain wall projects from initiation to completion. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Focusing on the fundamental aspects of project management, emphasizing efficient execution, client satisfaction, and adherence to industry standards without a specific emphasis on innovation.
What you will be doing
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the finance team to monitor financial aspects of the project, addressing any discrepancies or concerns.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that curtain wall installations meet design specifications and industry standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with curtain wall projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards to minimize project-related risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
- Ensure that all project documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
What you will bring along
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically with curtain wall projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with construction project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
