Due to continued growth, we are looking for a CCNP level network consultant to join the team.
What You Will Do
- You will operate at CCNP Enterprise level, delivering network consultancy work primarily within the remit of Professional Services
- Responsibilities include planning, design and implementation for major corporate and government clients, both in our datacentres and on premise. You will produce customer-facing high quality HLD and LLD documentation.
- Working with Pre-Sales team to develop technical solutions and answering technical questions from customers and prospects.
- Working with architects in the business to design costed roadmaps and process improvement.
- Supporting the Sales Enablement functions in preparing a library of sales collateral and materials for use by field-based Pre-Sales teams
What You Will Have
- Experience with Cisco ASA and Firepower firewalls, also Nexus and Catalyst switches.
- Knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity, fabric infrastructure, storage networking, planning network services.
- Exposure to Cisco Wireless LAN solutions, particularly Meraki.
- In-depth knowledge of network security best practices.
- Understanding of traditional hosting technologies and approaches (dedicated hosting, co-location, private cloud).
- Be self-motivated, tenacious, disciplined, enthusiastic and resilient
- Have outstanding networking, presentation and communication skills, written and oral
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to devise and implement strategies beneficial to Advanced and our clients
- Have effective time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
