What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solutions Executive position at Advanced?
We are looking for a Solutions Executive to join the Legal team, which look after a range of software products for Solicitors and Barristers. The role will involve demonstrating our Legal Forms software, and other related products. This role primarily is being recruited to support our Forms offering, supporting the Legal Sales team in both new and existing existing business opportunities to secure sales. In addition you will liaise with the PCMS Sales team to support them in ensuring we put forward our best proposition to meet the clients need.
What You Will Do:Whilst initially focussing on Cloud Forms library and hub, it is anticipated the Solutions Executive will develop an understanding of multiple products within the Legal Division and be comfortable exchanging solution knowledge to customers and prospects via excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
The successful candidate will contribute at all stages of the pre-sale process including:
- Assisting with the qualification of business opportunities through discovery
- Leading and coordinating system demonstrations initially for the Cloud Forms Solution but eventually for multiple product offerings
- Assist with Statement of Work documentation for multiple Legal Solutions
- Configuring demonstration environments to meet the requirements of client, but also entering data to support demonstrations.
- Working with the bid team to support tenders, completing bid responses/answering technical questions for customers and prospects
- Training internal members of staff in the use of the solution when required
- Supporting work on internal promotion of solution set, to ensure consistent messaging across teams i.e. Sales, Services, Support etc
- Be responsible for the maintenance of demonstration environments and keep them up to date
- Work with key staff on product launches and GTM initiatives
- Support the Marketing and Sales Enablement functions in preparing a library of Sales Collateral and materials for use by Solutions and Sales teams. Specifically creating a library of short focussed video demonstrations
