Medical Assistant Opening in our Plastic Surgery Department

Objective:
This position provides efficient delivery of patient care and provides support and assistance as directed by licensed staff. 

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Room patient
  • Prepare patient for exam.
  • Patient education.
  • Assist MD with procedures.
Skills:
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Positive outlook and upbeat personality.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous.
  • Ability to multitask.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 plus year of experience working as a Medical Assistant or CNA. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Travel is required to satellite locations (Danbury, New Milford, Ridgefield & Norwalk).
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Electronic Health Record Experience
Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday (32-36 hours per week) 
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Job Details:
  • Salary based on experience
  • Sign-on bonus after 6 months of employment.
