We are looking for a Field Service Technician in the Houston area who wants to be part of a top service provider who distributes the most advanced technology.
As a Field Service Technician you will… (Other duties may be assigned)
§ Install, troubleshoot, and repair electromechanical equipment for our valued clients throughout the Chicago area
§ Provide high quality client support by responding to client needs in a timely and professional manner on the phone and in the field.
§ Perform remedial and preventive maintenance on equipment.
§ Improve knowledge of the optical industry by attending company training programs, industry seminars and self-study.
Requirements:
- Electro-mechanical experiencesa plus - Optical industry experience with lens processing equipment is a major plus.
- Submit paperwork on time in a neat and concise manner.
- Must have a valid driver’s license & personal automobile (we will provide a car allowance)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
