We are seeking a dynamic candidate for a Full-Time Health Care Marketer/Liaison position!

With locations in Hudson & Essex Counties, Promise Care NJ is a certified Home Health Agency dedicated to providing patients with the highest level of skilled nursing and rehabilitative care available. As a Home Care Elite provider, our mission at Promise Care NJ is to provide our communities and patients with the most comprehensive, highest quality home care services, which allow for the most promising outcomes.

As a Home Health Liaison, you will be an integral member of our team. This position will be responsible for fostering relationships with physicians, skilled nursing facilities, Hospitals and referral sources to increase community awareness of Promise Care NJ services while focusing on goal achievement, patient care, and expansion of referrals.

Requirements
1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing function
Previous healthcare experience
Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and required liability insurance
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Must communicate effectively with referral sources, patients and families
