What we're looking for:
Proven experience in the IT field
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
Ability to work in a team
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Understanding of IT security practices
In-depth understanding of computer systems and networks
Positive, pro-active attitude
What you'll do:
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to.
IT support relating to issues within systems and infrastructure
Administer hosted and cloud solutions for clients using technology that meets their requirements
Support and maintain disaster recovery solutions
Administration of remote monitoring and management system
Utilize ticketing system in place
Keep complete documentation for computer systems and network infrastructure
