Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour
Shift : Night Shift, 6 PM - 6 AM (schedule may vary)
Essential functions include meeting production standards on specific assignments within the required time, operating winder machines and handling material changeovers, trimming excess material from parts to achieve the correct weight, and performing visual quality inspections of finished goods.
The role also involves maintaining assigned equipment and work area according to cleanliness procedures, following established safety and quality management procedures, ensuring regular attendance, and complying with all company policies and rules.
Overtime, including potential weekends, may be required. Additionally, the Machine Operator must perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements :
- Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
- Frequently carry up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Occasionally bend, squat, kneel, climb, sit, and reach over shoulder
- Frequently twist / turn and constantly stand
- Repetitive use of upper and lower extremities (keying, pushing, pulling, grasping, and climbing a ladder)
- High School diploma or equivalent
