What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Guest Ambassador position at Advantage Resourcing?
Do you have excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and adaptability skills? At Advantage Resourcing we are looking for top-notch and motivated individuals to join our team as Part Time Guest Ambassadors for a renowned organization in New Orleans, LA. As a Part Time Guest Ambassador, you will provide extraordinary customer service welcoming guest to the venue, answering questions concerning directions, food service, merchandise store and any other questions or needs the guests may have.
Pay: $25 per hour for orientation and event
Schedule: Sundays / Day and Evening shifts available
Responsibilities:
- Help and coordinate with planning and managing events
- Report to and take instructions from the Event Manager and Event Planner
- Coordinate with other members of the staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Welcome guest to venue, being proactive in any needs they may have when arriving
- Extreme attentiveness to all guest arriving
- Answer questions and provide relevant information for event guest
- Work with guests to solve any issues or problems and/or knowing who needs to be involved in any issues or concerns
- Follow event safety standards and regulations
