Revenue Cycle Support Associate

Join the Advantage Resourcing team as a Revenue Cycle Support Associate and play a crucial role in managing and resolving insurance claims. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

Pay: $14/hr

The Revenue Cycle Support Associate will conduct claim status checks to ensure timely resolution and initiate and maintain communication with insurance providers. They will review and process claim rejections and appeals, address payment discrepancies, and process payments. Ensuring compliance with federal claims regulations is crucial, as is handling incoming correspondence and calls specific to payer types. The role also involves verifying patient insurance and demographic information, along with performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous medical billing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, or related software.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Adherence to productivity goals and company policies.
