Job Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis and Reporting.
- Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Prepare accurate and insightful financial analysis to drive decision-making for the executive team.
- Develop red-yellow-green dashboards to quickly identify divisional opportunities.
- Create RFP and pro forma P&Ls to highlight risks and opportunities of new business opportunities.
- Conduct effective presentations, conference calls and on-site meetings with other departments to deliver your message regarding financial impacts.
- Create and manage project plans.
Job Requirements
- BA in Finance, Business or Accounting or equivalent job-related experience; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- 2 - 5 years of related experience.
- Collecting, analyzing and summarizing complex business information, drawing logical conclusions and solving problems.
- 2 years' experience with Power BI.
- 1 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle, or SAP. (Dynamics AX preferred)
- Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to analyze large sets of data; develop and explain graphical representations.
- Flexible and comfortable in complex environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Partner with Operations to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expense efficiencies
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional business leaders to execute initiatives
- Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process
- Prepare accurate and insightful financial analysis to drive decision-making with the executive team
Project and Business Planning
- Attend divisional leadership meetings and provide financial support as required
- Review monthly financial results with senior leadership, provide clear and concise commentary to tell the story
- Develop red-yellow-green dashboards to quickly identify divisional opportunities
- Create RFP pro forma P&Ls to highlight risks and opportunities of new business
- Conduct effective presentations, conference calls and on site meetings with other departments to deliver your message regarding financial impacts
