What are the responsibilities and job description for the Downstream Strategy and Planning Engineer position at Advantage Technical?

Seeking a Downstream Strategy & Planning Engineer to join our clients Business Optimization Department.
This position is in the Middle East. You must be willing to relocate to the Middle East.

Responsibilities Include
Contribute to technical development and economic justification of capital programs, assess margin improvement opportunities, and support sustainability projects aligned with environmental standards.
Collaborate with other departments to identify growth opportunities, capture synergies between assets, and provide commercial and technical expertise in executing downstream strategy, including reviewing commercial agreements and Progression.

Requirements Include
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering,
15 years of business development experience, familiarity with Linear Programming and PIMS scheduling software.
Expertise in global energy markets and international business practices.
MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
