Duties to include:
- Will be responsible for fixing IT equipment and executing IT policies and processes.
- Install new hardware and software (Users/Production)
- Setting up accounts for company employees with passwords and permissions.
- Monitoring a company’s systems with security the prime objectives
- Support and monitoring of network equipment
- Leveraging IT solutions to fix issues of hardware, software and business process.
- Have control and inventory of leasing/owned computers.
- Supporting production floor and office users
- Understanding of the business process and defining business requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- IT Related equipment/software knowledge (Computers, Printers, Network, Operating System/Software)
- Servers/Network knowledge
- MES and ERP knowledge
- Manufacturing knowledge
- Software development knowledge
- SQL knowledge
- Trouble shooting skills
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associates degree preferred
