Marketing Coordinator- Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies to promote the Advantage brand and services.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance.
• Organize and coordinate events, and promotional activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance marketing efforts.
• Create surveys, and coordinate gift basket/giveaway programs,
• Fulfill orders of branded materials including clothing and promotional items.
• Support the creation and updates of email campaigns
• Handle tradeshow registrations and logistics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
