Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, mentor, coach, and supervise a team of business development representatives focused on value-based selling leveraging cold calls, email and social selling methodology
- Build a sales development motion around both inbound and outbound leads, at volume
- Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to ensure representatives are provided qualified leads to achieve sales targets
- Responsible for accelerating sales growth and KPI’s through robust lead generation and targeted pipeline approach
- Drive key performance metrics to achieve company revenue goals
- Build sequences in Outreach geared toward maximizing open and response rates for inbound and outbound prospecting
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing management to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives
- Oversee sales enablement and processes for sales development team
- Develop NDRs into sales-ready candidates for future sales roles
- Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
- Regularly report and meet with sales and marketing leadership on team/individual results - lead quantity, quality, conversion, revenue
- Work closely with marketing on defining campaign follow-up and reporting
- Work closely with Sales Managers and SDRs to ensure lead quality/quantity and proper follow-up
- Work closely with Sales Operations to make recommendations on process improvements to promote better efficiency and productivity
