Position Overview:

We are seeking a Data Scientist with 1 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building routines, managing databases, and normalizing and analyzing data. Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Excel, and Power BI is required, while experience with R and Tableau is preferred. The candidate will also have experience in macros and be proficient in Python, R, and/or SQL. Your job will involve working with our service delivery team to normalize data and create processes that provide actionable data, enhancing service efficiency and effectiveness.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain data routines and processes

· Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and efficiency

· Normalize and analyze data to provide actionable insights

· Develop and implement macros to streamline data processing.

· Utilize SQL, Alteryx, Excel, Power BI, R, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization

· Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and deliver solutions

· Maintain documentation and records for all data processes

· Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics

Education Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field

Required Skills & Experience:

· 1-5 years of experience in data analytics

· Proficient in SQL, Alteryx, Excel, Power BI, R, and Tableau

· Experience with macros and proficiency in Python, R, and/or SQL

· Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills

· Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Creative, collaborative, resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and organized

Preferred Skills & Experience:

· Experience in database management and building data routines

· Ability to take data in various states and normalize it for analysis

· Experience in data visualization and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
