Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
Under the general supervision of the Executive Director, Supply Chain the incumbent provides oversight of the standard operating procedures (SOPs) used in Supply Chain Field Operations. Including creation of new SOPs, revision of current SOPs, and managing the repository for access by all Supply Chain Field Operations associates. Incumbent is responsible for creating a curriculum for on-boarding new associates and continuing education of existing associates. Incumbent is to host virtual education sessions and present the curriculum on a regular basis.
Essential Job Functions
Documents new and revises existing SOPs Supply Chain Operations through collaboration with key leaders across the organization.
Manages SOP repository to enable easy access and delivery for all AHP associates.
Create an education plan for each Supply Chain Operations job profile for associate onboarding and continuing education.
Supervise and track the education planning of all Supply Chain Operations associates.
Influences and collaborates with clients and business partners to construct courses that align learning strategy and the achievement of business results.
Conducts regular virtual training sessions for all AHP associates.
Serves as thought leader to identify emerging technology trends and seeks ways to implement within Advantus Health Partners
Monitors training efficiency of multi-media courses, using independent judgment and discretion to establish specific, measurable outcomes, assess results and implement enhancements as needed.
Initiates follow-up with business partners to assure a high-quality learning experience for all participants. Thinks creatively and weighs options to enhance learning impact across the organization.

Licensing/Certification
CPTM, CIT, CLDP, SHRM-CP or equivalent learning and development certification preferred
Education
4 year/Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare administration, business administration, human resource management, or a related course of study required
Work Experience
2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, learning and development, or advanced degree and equivalent business experience required

Long-distance or air travel as needed- not to exceed 10% travel.
