Senior Director of Client Engagement
Role Summary
Our client is looking for a Senior Director of Client Engagement to oversee the company’s overall client experience. The candidate will be responsible for team management and ensuring the strategic approach to client accounts.
Key Results Areas
Provides strategic leadership for the company’s team of account directors and managers
Serves as a coach and strategic mentor, enabling professional development and ensuring team happiness
Hires and trains a high-performing team, enabling our organization to scale
Works closely with the sales team to define client and scope expectations and overall account growth goals
Participates in the sales process, including client presentations, proposal support, and more
Supports overall process definition for client operations, including onboarding, ongoing support, and sales opportunities
Works closely with the leaders of the company’s practice groups (agency/marketing, consulting, and support) to continuously improve the overall client experience
Owns client retention and satisfaction, representing the voice of the client at the management level while keeping the team apprised of client work status and overall team health
Partners with the production team to identify new opportunities for both client and project process improvement
Serves as a strategic advisor and client escalation point of contact within the organization
Skills & Qualifications
8 years of experience in the consulting/agency space
Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams
Strong communicator with excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated skills in account management and sales
Strong understanding of how design and technology can be used to achieve business objectives
