What will you be doing?
You will be using super-hero skills with your tools in tow as you perform general maintenance repairs, getting apartments ready for move-in, completing renovation tasks and preventative maintenance. Because you work smart, you will keep our residents happy through your reliable and friendly service. You are accurate, complete, practice time management, and you get it done right the first time! You will help us keep our property grounds looking immaculate and sparkling clean. This is a job where you will be constantly on the go and leveraging blowers, ladders, snow shovels (hopefully not in Miami) and many other tools up to 50 pounds.
What will you be bringing to the table?
You will be bringing technical aptitude and abilities to the team. You will be dressed and groomed professionally and will wear the Advenir uniform. You will help us avoid clutter and chaos through organizational skills and will help us work in a safe manner. You will have the ability to work on weekends and on-call to serve our property residents as needed. You will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a property management environment (condominium, high-rise, mid-rise, garden-style real estate asset) and a previous position as a Maintenance Technician is strongly preferred, EAP (HVAC) 1 & 2 Certification or Universal Certification is also strongly preferred.
