The role you’ll contribute: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Nutritional Services, the Dietary Specialist performs a variety of patient food service and dish duties as well as other related tasks. The value you’ll bring to the team: Works hospital cafeteria food line and restocks as needed. Takes food temperature before serving. Runs cash register in the hospital cafeteria. Ensures all beverage coolers are full (i.e., soda, tea, juice) Replenishes silverware, napkins, cups, straws, and condiments. Makes coffee & tea and ensure coffee/tea machine stays full. Maintains work area in a neat, clean and orderly manner. Loads and operates dish washer, trays, cups and dishes. Disposes of trash and garbage in appropriate manner and as needed.
