Location: 2350 MEADOWS BLVD, Castle Rock, 80109
The role you’ll contribute: Performs direct and indirect patient care in collaboration with RN or Physician. Assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the team to meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient. Orders, receives, and stocks supplies for the department/unit. Assists support staff with filing, medical records and daily tasks as assigned.

· Performs a variety of technical tasks (i.e. IV insertion, splinting, wound care, etc.) as directed by the RN or physician according to established clinic policies, procedures and standards to provide quality patient care within hospital and/or department guidelines.
· Provides person-centered care with sensitivity and respect for the human experience in a collaborative fashion with other team members. Assists care team in achieving daily patient and family goals.
· Communicates with RN and Physician regarding patient/family observations in an ongoing fashion to assist in the treatment of patients. Communicates concerns regarding hazards or errors related to patients to the health care team.
· Demonstrates effective use of clinical strategies to insure patient and associate safety.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Required Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association
· Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
· Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· One year healthcare experience (pre-hospital, ED and/or patient care) preferred
