The Director is responsible for the overall operations and patient care processes for the Shawnee Mission Surgery Center. The position will be accountable for establishing policy while providing sound operational planning and day-to-day management. The Director will assure compliance with all governmental and accreditation regulations, Ambulatory Surgery Center Quality Reporting, and the Infection Control Program for the Ambulatory Surgery Center. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** Support the Mission, Vision and Values of SMH.
