Join us and our commitment to helping patients feel whole for their whole life. **The role you’ll contribute:** Cleans the cooking areas, utensils, and equipment in the kitchen as necessary, as well as some food preparation. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** Washes and sorts flatware, serving dishes, china, and glasses Operates dishwashing machine Cleans and sanitizes all food preparation surfaces, counters and shelves in the kitchen following each meal Sweeps and mops floor in kitchen after each meal. Sweeps, mops, removes trash as assigned. Operates and cleans dish machine and assigned equipment per department procedures, including routine sanitizer solution and temperatures checks Identifies and utilizes cleaning chemicals following directions recommended by manufacturers and per SDS sheets Responsible for retrieving soiled carts Responsible for portioning food items using systems of accurate weights/measures.
