Ensures that physician scheduling and calendar completed monthly Provides for a safe and complete environment for the delivery of patient care Ensures patient care is monitored and appropriately documented Coordinates installation of computers, education of staff and resolution of problems at physician site locations **Qualifications** **What you will need?** High school education or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare related field or equivalent work experience preferred. Significant management experience in a group practice environment preferred. Experience in medical records, coding and reimbursement preferred. CPR certification and Basic Life Support Preferred ENT experience preferred **Job Summary:** The Medical Clinic Supervisor is responsible for the management of the physician affiliate practices operated by Gordon Hospital. Provides the leadership, direction and coordination of **all** practice activities, except those directly involving professional medical judgment and the hiring and termination of employees. This practice will include one provider.
