**Shift** : Days, Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm

**The role you’ll contribute:**
Responsible to ensure that all patient visits are scheduled through the scheduling portal of the current electronic medical record system. Collaborate with Central Intake Department and Clinical Supervisors regarding appropriate staff scheduling based on patient needs. Assist with answering incoming phone calls and distribute to the appropriate personnel. Attends meetings including but not limited to; staff meetings, in-services, case conferences, educational classes, office meetings and/or organizational meetings. Continued employment with the organization is contingent upon your ability to perform job duties in this job description.

· Routinely collaborates with Central Intake Department and Clinical Supervisors to ensure all cases are appropriately staffed.
· Creates and maintains staff schedules.
· Provides staffing for sick leave, vacation, long term leave.
· Schedules client appointments/visits according to care plans and staff availability.
**Qualifications**
**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:**
**Minimum qualifications** :
· High School Diploma
· Valid Driver’s License
**Preferred qualifications:**
· One (1) year of medical office experience preferably in home health.
· Skilled in use of the Current medical record software system
