**The role you’ll contribute:**
Professional Technologist who provides multi-campus leadership in the development of team education at the department level in compliance with regulatory agencies in conjunction with the hospital mission, leadership, and physician expectation. The Imaging Clinical Educator combines clinical expertise and passion for teaching in both the classroom and practice setting, preparing, and mentoring current and future generations of Technologists. The Imaging Clinical Educator plays a pivotal role in strengthening the imaging workforce, serving as a role model, and providing the leadership needed to implement evidence-based practice

· Incorporates principles of adult learning in planning, implementation, and evaluation of education programs
· Plans, prepares, and maintains materials for use in educational programs for accuracy and relevance to the target audience
· Adheres to attendance standards when teaching/facilitating a class, ensuring set up is completed prior to class start
· Assists with students and practicing Technologists to identify their learning needs, strengths and opportunities and develop learning activities to grow skill set based on learning needs
· Coordinates orientation of new team members into the organization
· Develops/coordinates education plans related to initial and ongoing competency validation
**Qualifications**
**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:**
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**
· Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent OR
· Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or technical degree in related field **AND**
· Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Health Care Administration, or Health Science or current enrollment in a bachelor’s program listed above
· 5 years’ experience as a Registered Computed Tomography Technologist
**LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:**
· Certified and registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - (ARRT) (R)(CT)
· Currently registered with the state of Florida as a Radiologic Technologist
