All while understanding that **together** we are even better **Schedule:** PRN **Shift** : 7am-7pm **Location:** 9441 HEALTH CENTER DR, Land O' Lakes, 34637 **The community you’ll be caring for:** Land O’ Lakes **The role you’ll contribute:** The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct care to patients as a member of a multidisciplinary care team. Direct Care will be provided at a demonstrated level of competent practice to patients on a designated unit under the direction of a Registered Nurse as defined by the Florida State Board of Nursing and AdventHealth policy. As a member of the care team, the LPN will work the assigned unit based on his/her orientation, competencies and patient needs. Responsible for care provision of assigned patients and delegating tasks to unlicensed personnel within scope of practice.
