**The role you’ll contribute:**
This position has administrative responsibility for designated practices yet collaborates within an integrated healthcare delivery system. Customers include, but are not limited to regional leadership, physicians, providers, practice management, and staff. External customers include patients, and their caretakers, regulatory bodies, vendors, and the community. This position also develops plans to identify and reach short and long-term goals and assure development and compliance with operating and capital budgets and achievements of financial performance.

Understands the needs of the customers of AdventHealth
Oversees day-to-day activities of practice site(s).
Ensures regulatory readiness and safety.
Prepares and executes assigned site budget.
Develops and Maintains Physician relations to ensure engagement and lead staff engagement.
Functions as the primary liaison between his/her assigned clinic site(s) and other departments/managers within the AdventHealth System to ensure an integrated operation of the facilities within the overall system.
Works with staff and physicians to resolve issues, decrease expenses, increase productivity and promote efficiency.
Ensures that revenue cycle processes are maintained according to established policies and procedures.
Responsible for management of financial aspects of daily clinic operations which may include: coding, cash control and deposits, charge entry, financial reporting, petty cash and Central Business Office communications.
Maintains compliance with operational procedures/organizational policies for the clinical activities, business office, medical records function, appointment functions and all clerical activities throughout the facility.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and rules of accrediting bodies by continually monitoring the service and facility operations and programs and initiating required changes or improvements.
Participates in all safety, security, infection control and risk management programs that are mandatory as well as those required and provided by CHPG and department specific policy.
Maintain a system of management reporting that provides the system with timely and relevant information in all areas of responsibility.
Understands the needs of customers to the clinics and therefore plans and institutes new service delivery models, programs as assigned, or establishes departments as necessary to maintain operational efficiency and to meet service objectives and customer needs.
Design and implement services and programs that meet the needs of customers within an environment that assures positive patient and family experience.
Develop and maintain a positive employee environment that results in a productive, motivated and engaged work force.
**Qualifications**
**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:**
**Minimum qualifications** :
High School Diploma / GED
1-2 years of experience in a healthcare related fireld with at least 1 year of management experience
Track record of meeting and exceeding key performance metrics
**Preferred qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare
