**Shift** : Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM
**Location:** 6901 S Havana St. Centennial, CO 80112
**The role you’ll contribute:**
_The Senior Executive Assistant position is responsible for fully supporting assigned Senior Executive Vice President(s) within the department. This position is responsible for complete management of the Executive’s calendars, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, coordinating all arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel. Prepares routine and non-routine reports and presentations, including gathering and summarizing data. Establishes and maintains highly confidential files and records. Composes letters and correspondence. Answers phones, delivers outstanding customer service, and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. May provide project management, assistance with budget planning and tracking, statistical reporting, or other data tasks as required by the department._

· Answers, evaluates, and appropriately responds to phone calls, visits, and other inquiries
· Coordinates and maintains the Executive’s calendar for meetings and appointments to provide optimal utilization of the Executive’s time
· Maintains all communications for the Executive and department including written correspondence and telephone contacts
· Maintains the department invoice process including receiving, validating, filing and processing invoices for payment
· Assists with trouble shooting on invoices and helps prepare monthly expense reports
· Maintains department supplies and orders supplies within budgeted dollars
· Maintains organized files and office equipment
· Advises others on Executive’s views on organizational policies and issues
· Drafts presentations, letters, and reports independently for Executive review
· Attends departmental meetings, takes minutes, transcribes and prepares documentation as needed
· Assists with managing project assignments for the department as needed
· Makes travel arrangements for Executives
· Meets department set SLA/performance standard
· May manage vendor relationships and contracts
· May be required to conduct/participate in event planning
**Qualifications**
**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:**
**Minimum qualifications** :
· Associate’s Degree or two years of administrative assistant support experience
· 5 of related experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
· Strong emphasis on organizational skills and strong attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to deal with data that is of a sensitive and confidential nature
· Able to take initiative to solve issues and proactively prepare for upcoming events
**Preferred qualifications:**
