We're looking for someone to join our team as an AHRP Analyst who:
Collaborates with leadership in administering the organization's retirement plan.
Essential Functions:
- Performs the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with the retirement plans including developing and maintaining internal procedure manuals for these tasks.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of the provisions of the organization's retirement plan and act as a resource to participants and human resource staff in the field on matters pertaining to the organization.
- Assists in reviewing applications and processes employment changes as required, such as participant records, including name, address, beneficiary changes, electronic funds transfer applications, income tax withholding authorizations, and pension verifications, etc.
- Assists individual participants with review and correction of annual statements, as required. Processes calculation requests for future retirement benefits.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
You'll be successful with the following qualifications:
Education:
- Associate's / Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
Work Experience:
- Three years relevant experience: Preferred

The estimated base pay for this position is 77,402 to $116,104. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through years of experience, differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
