Manager, Corporate Communications

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Master's Degree: Preferred
• Five years' related experience: Preferred
• Experience in a marketing, communications or ad agency setting: Preferred
• One year leadership experience: Preferred

Essential Functions:

• Develops and executes comprehensive communication plans that support Adventist Health's goals and objectives. Collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques and analytical approach.
• Contributes to corporate media relations and media inquiries at the direction of the corporate communications leadership team. Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including the media.
• Produces internal corporate communications, such as newsletters, memos, talking points, emails, articles, and SharePoint content. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.
• Develops crisis communication plans and prepares holding statements.
• Ensures all corporate communications are aligned with Adventist Health's brand and messaging.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

The estimated base pay for this position is $108,913 to $163,369. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through years of experience, differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.  Please contact our Talent Acquisition team for more information.
