Adventure Tours is hiring an Operations Manager for our Philadelphia office. The Operations Manager will report to the Vice President and oversee the establishment and management of our operations in the area. We're looking for a leader to help set up our operations, driving growth and fostering a team-oriented culture.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Organized, with attention to detail.
- Understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Independent and capable of prioritizing tasks.
- Operations management experience.
- Proficiency with computers.
- CDL B license with Passenger and Airbrake endorsements desired.
- Familiarity with the Philadelphia area for operational efficiency.
- Ability to utilize company software for scheduling buses and drivers.
- Transportation/tourism and customer service experience a plus.
- Negotiation and influence skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and management of operations in Philadelphia.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
- Develop operational strategies and objectives.
- Ensure quality control and performance monitoring.
- SOP management in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain vehicle safety and maintenance standards.
- Identify and implement operational improvements.
- Serve as company liaison to various stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
