Financial Service Advisor
Retirement Solutions in Provo, UT is looking for an Financial Service Advisor to join our team to help us serve our growing clients. For over 20 years we have been helping people who are nearing retirement by working to create individualized retirement plans to support their income goals and grow their wealth. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about the financial industry, have a desire to help people, be a clear communicator, and be proactive in problem-solving and sharing strategies to help improve our clients' financial lives.
Qualifications: You’re the high achiever we’re looking for if…
- You are honest - You treat others how they would want to be treated!
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance or equivalent industry experience
- Series 65 or equivalent license required
- UT Life & Health license – required within 90 days of hire
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Process-driven
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and business matters
- You are an excellent communicator – both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships.
- Assist clients with contributions, withdrawals, allocations, etc.
- Grow referrals and contact other warm leads
- Prepare and hold retirement plan review meetings
- Record and update client records
Pay: $30/hour
Benefits:

Office Hours: Mon – Thursday 8:30-5:30, Friday 9:00 – 3:00, late evenings as needed
