Overview:
As a part of the largest and fastest growing Independent Marketing Organization, our Annuity Marketing team plays a crucial part in the success of Advisors Excel. In the role of a Director of Sales and Marketing, you'll get the chance to forge and build relationships with Financial Advisors across the country. Your key responsibility will be to recruit new advisors and provide an incredible on-boarding experience for them.
What you'll do:
  • Maintain and build relationships with financial advisor's offices by cold calling prospects to bring them onboard the Advisors Excel platform
  • Build a list of qualified contacts through warm and cold calls
  • Develop a complete knowledge of our annuity carriers and their product offerings with the ability to communicate strategy
  • Assisting newly committed advisors in the on-boarding process through licensing and release
Experience you'll bring:
  • Previous sales experience
  • Comfortability performing sales cold calls
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Bonus Points:
  • Previous knowledge of fixed index annuity products
